Jill graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. She worked as an engineer for Merck and Co. as well as for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. While working as an engineer and raising her family, she remodeled her first home, designed her second home, and freelanced as a designer. In August of 2004, Jill decided to pursue her passion for design by taking classes with The National Kitchen and Bath Association. She worked for a local kitchen dealer from 2004 – 2006. There she learned about every aspect of the kitchen and bath industry and gained much experience interfacing with clients, contractors, and vendors. In 2006, with great excitement, Jill launched her own business, Jarrett Design LLC. In 2009, she earned her CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) and CBD (Certified Bath Designer) from the NKBA. Jarrett Design studio, 312 Main Street in Emmaus, PA opened in 2013. In 2017, Jill achieved her CMKBD (Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer) designation from the NKBA, earned only by the industry’s most knowledgeable and accomplished designers. Jesse graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a focus in Audio Engineering. During college, he worked for commercial and residential contractors where he received a feeling of pride when combining technical engineering work with a dash of creativity. His interest in kitchen design developed while interning for a countertop manufacturer specializing in custom wood crafting. Jesse joined Jarrett Design shortly after and is responsible for all aspects of the design process (including full home renovations and new builds). Jesse is always eager to reach the install phase of a project where he excels in coordinating with contractors and vendors to bring highly detailed plans to life. In 2022, he earned his CKBD (Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer) from the NKBA. Jesse is Jarrett Design’s exclusive photographer and social media manager and is part of the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Thirty Under 30 Class of 2022. In his free time, he enjoys producing music and helping his mother in her efforts to raise funds for her charity, Hearts for Haiti.
